There could be situations when students request a refund of the payments in the event of our Academy not being able to provide the Educational services students have paid for and enrolled in (or)failure to organize the online or direct programs for which students have already paid for: MBA, Doctoral programs and other workshops/Training.
The refund policy outlined herein governs the terms and conditions pertaining to refund requests made by students of our academy. Students are expected to thoroughly review and diligently adhere to this policy.
Please be informed that certain components of the course fee are non-refundable, specifically including fees remitted to the University for course registration, online transaction charges related to the same, payments to Academy Professors for their tuition services, and taxes paid to the government of India. These non-refundable components shall not be subject to any refund under any circumstances.
Refunds will solely apply to the service charges levied by our academy, and their disbursement will be conducted in accordance with the following stipulations. In the event that a student decides to discontinue the course and seeks a refund, they must initiate the process by sending an email to our official email account (director@gaims.in). It is important to note that a 100% refund of our academy's service charges will be granted if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial payment (or the last installment date if the payment was made in installments). For refund requests submitted between the 31st and 90th day after the payment date, a 50% refund of the academy's service charges will be issued.
However, if a refund request is made after 90 days from the last payment date, no refunds will be granted, and the student will be required to join the next batch to continue their course or research. Please be advised that no other special requests pertaining to refunds will be entertained.
It is incumbent upon the students to understand and acknowledge the terms delineated in this refund policy before enrolling in our academy. By proceeding with the payment, students signify their consent and agreement to the conditions set forth herein. When you make a refund request, the information is conveyed to banking partners or other related stakeholders. Each of them has its own mechanism to file the refund request, map it to their respective payments that were originally made and then take it forward. On completion of this process, the refund is sent back to the customer's (students/parents) bank account or card balance.
We support all payment methods for refunds. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund will be pushed to the same credit card.
When you send a refund request, the information is conveyed to our banking partners. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer's bank account or card balance. The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode that was used while making the payment.
